About the position

The Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a highly visible, high-impact role that serves as a strategic partner and force multiplier for the commercial organization. Acting as an extension of the CCO, this individual helps shape and drive the commercial agenda—translating strategy into execution, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring focus, momentum, and accountability across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations. Sitting at the center of the company’s growth engine, the Chief of Staff operates at both the strategic and operational levels; owning priority initiatives, supporting effective decision-making, and driving the operating cadence of the commercial leadership team. This role is ideal for a trusted advisor and strong operator who thrives in dynamic environments, can influence without authority, and moves seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on problem solving to enable scale and sustained growth.
