Chief of Staff

Position Summary We’re seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a strategic and operational partner—driving alignment, rhythm, and execution across Seeq’s executive team and broader organization. The Chief of Staff (CoS) will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, helping to translate strategy into results, enable high-impact decision-making, and ensure operational excellence as Seeq scales from ~$100M to $250M+ ARR. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership—ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, high-growth SaaS environments and enjoys turning vision into measurable outcomes.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & ExecutionPartner with the CEO and executive leadership team to lead the annual strategic planning process, quarterly OKR refreshes, and company-wide business reviews.Lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and accountability.Facilitate strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and structured frameworks.Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans with defined success metrics.Executive EnablementAct as a thought partner to the CEO, helping to prioritize initiatives, manage time, and streamline communications. Anticipate the CEO’s needs by proactively identifying priorities, decisions, and information required for effective leadership.Prepare executive presentations, board materials, investor updates, and internal communications.Manage executive communications and ensure message consistency across internal and external audiences.Support M&A and other corporate development efforts as needed.Operational LeadershipOwn the company’s operating cadence, including leadership meetings, company-wide Tag-Ups, quarterly planning, and board prep.Develop frameworks for tracking strategic initiative performance and ensuring accountability across teams.Implement tools and dashboards to provide visibility into progress against OKRs and operational KPIs.Drive alignment and follow-through across departments, surfacing blockers and escalating risks proactively.Identify and solve operational inefficiencies that hinder execution and growth.Culture & CommunicationChampion Seeq’s culture by modeling values of transparency, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.Serve as a connector across teams to ensure communication flows efficiently and decisions are clearly cascaded.Serve as a confidential sounding board and proxy for the CEO when appropriate.RequirementsMust-Have:8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or executive leadership roles within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders—including the CEO and Board.Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.High EQ and executive presence, with the ability to influence without authority.Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving seamlessly between strategy and execution.Nice-to-Have:Background in scaling organizations through major growth inflection points (e.g., $100M to $250M ARR).Experience supporting a CEO or executive team in a high-visibility capacity.MBA or advanced business education preferred.
