Chief of Staff
We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and versatile Chief of Staff to serve as a right-hand to the CEO. This role combines executive support, business operations, and special projects. You’ll manage the day-to-day details that keep the company running smoothly (calendar, travel, payroll and commission coordination), while also jumping into high-priority projects like recruiting, brand initiatives, and cross-functional operations.This is a high-impact role with broad exposure to how a growth-stage SaaS company operates. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and is excited to take on new challenges as they arise.You will have external finance support and support from our PEO.The energy and enthusiasm to help us build something great in the world is table-stakes. We are an ambitious and fun group.About You5+ years of experience in operations and executive support, preferably at a growth stage startup.An exceptionally high bar for execution and quality of result. Exceptional organizational and project management skills; you thrive on details and deadlines.Comfortable switching between tactical work (running payroll) and higher-level projects (evaluating vendors, coordinating recruiting).Strong communication and relationship skills — you can confidently represent the CEO internally and externally.Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable. You figure things out and get them done.
