What you'll do Drive strategic decision-making: Serve as the CEO's strategic thought partner, helping to identify growth opportunities, refine business strategy, and translate vision into actionable plans. Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives: Take ownership of our most critical business challenges that span multiple departments - from initial analysis through strategic framework development and implementation. Incubate new opportunities: Identify and validate new business opportunities, develop pilot programs, and lead early implementation before transitioning to dedicated teams. Lead high impact data analysis: Develop sophisticated financial models, operational analyses, and business cases that inform critical decisions and drive business growth. Drive strategic planning: Work directly with the CEO and the company's Leadership Team to support the company's strategic planning process including development of our operating plans, quarterly performance reviews, and budgeting. Support investor relations: Prepare strong materials for investor meetings, analyze metrics for board updates, and support the CEO in managing stakeholder communications and fundraising efforts What we're looking for in this role A strategic problem-solver who can transform nascent ideas into actionable plans and lead cross functional teams Strong data analysis capabilities with a high degree of proficiency in relevant tools (Excel, Looker, SQL, etc.) Proven track record of successfully launching new initiatives from 0 to 1 High attention to detail and level of organization Ability to work independently to prioritize daily tasks and develop recommendations Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - we're a startup! Who you are 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic or analytical role Experience in fast-paced startup environment in the healthcare space Management consulting background from a top-tier firm strongly preferred Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a top program a bonus Ideal Candidate Profile: You're passionate about improving women's health outcomes and excited about the opportunity to make a direct impact on maternal behavioral health.
