We enable any financial innovator to access and interpret financial data, as well as initiate payments from their end-users accounts. We’re turning the messy complexities of the Latin American financial ecosystem into a modern set of tools to access and interpret data and move money in a seamless and secure way.We’re a highly-technical, passionate, and driven team. We are more than 90 people and our team currently represents 20 nationalities. We have offices in São Paulo and Mexico City – while a large portion of us work remotely.We are tackling a very stimulating problem: connecting fintech innovators with legacy financial infrastructure. We follow continuous delivery best practices executed on top of a modern technology stack. Our products are built for developers, by developers. Technological excellence is at the heart of what we do. We are pragmatic and customer-focused. We strive to find the right set of trade-offs in order to validate our hypothesis as early as possible, iterating on our products based on customer feedback. We communicate transparently. We do weekly all-hands where we get together to discuss company performance and goals.While we are global and remote-friendly, we also operate from our vibrant offices in CDMX and Sao Paulo. To accommodate the various time zones in which we are based, we ensure we’re always synced up between 3 pm and 6 pm, CEST.Also, we are backed by some of the leading investors in Silicon Valley and Latin America, including Founders Fund, Kaszek Ventures, and YCombinator.Your opportunity:You’ll have a seat at the table and work directly with Belvo’s founders and executive team to shape, drive, and execute the company’s most critical projectsAct as a trusted partner and force multiplier to leadership, helping streamline decision-making, drive alignment, and accelerate execution across the organizationGet unmatched exposure to how a high-growth fintech operates across all departments. Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects involving team such as product, sales, customer success, marketing, tech, people, finance and legalDrive strategic bets and take the lead on high-stakes initiatives – whether it’s launching a new market, evaluating M&A opportunities or building new business linesSupport key internal processes such as budgeting, company OKRs, executive planning and all-hands meetings, ensuring coordination, alignment and follow-throughHelp shape our narrative. Partner with the founders to craft compelling communications for internal updates, fundraising and investor relationsTake the lead on board meeting preparation, including crafting materials, aligning stakeholders, and driving clear communication on strategic priorities and outcomesSurface and synthesize insights to help guide Belvo’s long-term direction, from market and business development opportunities to product expansionDevelop deep context and influence within the local teams in Mexico and Brazil, helping bridge the gap between local execution and regional strategyThis position may be for you if:You have 4–5+ years of experience in strategy consulting (e.g. MBB), investment banking, venture capital, or at a high-growth tech companyYou’ve led complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders across regions, cultures, and teamsYou are a structured thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of breaking down complex problems and driving clear, actionable outcomesYou’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and thrive when given high levels of ownership and autonomyYou have a passion for technology and an understanding of software and fintech markets, trends, and dynamicsYou’re based in Brazil (preferably São Paulo) or open to relocatingYou are humble, low ego and enjoy working with a diverse group of peopleYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and can craft compelling narratives for senior audiencesAmazing if:Fluent in SpanishPrevious experience in Fintech and / or SaaSPrevious experience in working closely with founders in a high-growth tech companyProven track record of leveraging AI in your daily workOur process steps:At Belvo every hire is so important to us, that we share the decision to hire as a team.
