Our client, a growing, high-performing Atlanta-based personal injury law firm to identify an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with deep B2C law firm marketing experience, preferably in personal injury. This opportunity is best suited for a senior marketing leader who has direct responsibility for driving signed cases and revenue, not just brand awareness. The firm operates in a fast-paced, competitive market and is seeking a hands-on executive who can own strategy and execution. The Opportunity The CMO will serve as a key member of the executive team and a trusted partner to firm leadership, responsible for building and scaling a marketing engine that drives sustained growth. This role requires comfort operating in a high-urgency, performance-driven environment and close collaboration with ownership. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 role and is not suited for candidates with purely agency-side or brand-only backgrounds. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C marketing strategy aligned with firm growth goals β’ Position the firm as a differentiated leader in the personal injury market β’ Identify competitive trends and opportunities for expansion within Georgia and beyond Campaign Development & Performance β’ Lead integrated marketing campaigns across: β’ Digital (PPC, LSAs, SEO) β’ Social (paid and organic) β’ Radio and traditional media β’ Monitor and optimize performance metrics, including: β’ Cost per lead β’ Cost per signed case β’ Conversion rates β’ Channel-level ROI β’ Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all channels Intake & Conversion Optimization β’ Partner with leadership and intake teams to improve lead-to-client conversion β’ Understand how marketing decisions directly impact signed cases and revenue β’ Utilize data, call tracking, and CRM insights to guide optimization Creative & Content Oversight β’ Oversee development of radio scripts, advertisements, and promotional content β’ Ensure messaging resonates with injured consumers and aligns with legal standards β’ Collaborate with internal and external creative resources Vendor & Agency Management β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies and vendors β’ Lead vendor performance reviews, budget allocation, and contract negotiations β’ Hold partners accountable for outcomes and timelines Executive Partnership β’ Work closely with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and time-sensitive campaigns β’ Maintain availability for rapid response needs and high-priority initiatives β’ Proactively provide insights, recommendations, and solutions Required Qualifications β’ Senior-level marketing leadership experience in a B2C law firm β’ Personal injury marketing experience strongly preferred β’ Demonstrated success driving client acquisition and revenue growth β’ Experience managing significant marketing budgets with ROI accountability β’ Strong writing skills, including experience with radio or broadcast advertising β’ Proven ability to lead vendors and external partners Preferred Qualifications β’ Familiarity with Georgia bar rules related to personal injury advertising and settlements β’ Experience supporting multi-state or new-market expansion β’ Background building or leading in-house marketing teams Ideal Candidate Traits β’ Highly responsive and comfortable operating outside traditional business hours β’ Data-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused β’ Strategic thinker with hands-on capability β’ Confident working directly with ownership β’ Strong sense of ownership and accountability Why This Opportunity β’ Executive-level role with direct access to firm leadership β’ Authority over marketing strategy, spend, and execution β’ Ability to see immediate and measurable impact β’ Long-term growth opportunity with a respected PI firm Pay: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year Application Question(s): β’ Do you have in-house B2C law firm marketing experience?
