SNI Financial has been engaged by a leading Private Equity rollup platform seeking a handson, executiondriven CFO to join senior leadership as a result of rapid growth. The role owns all financial operations, drives M&A integration discipline, and builds scalable infrastructure across a rapidly growing multientity portfolio. This position offers significant influence, autonomy, and longterm value creation for executives with deep PEbacked, multiacquisition experience. This comes with a generous base salary + bonus + equity in the business. ~25% travel EST. LOCATION & COMPENSATION Boston, MA $200,000.00-$300,000.00 QUALIFICATIONS • 15+ years progressive finance leadership, ideally in PEbacked environments • Proven rollup experience managing 5+ entities and scaling from ~$50M to $200M+ • At least 15+ postclose integrations into a master ERP (nonnegotiable) • Strong construction, HVAC, or projectbased accounting experience • Earlystage company experience; ability to build processes, controls, and reporting from scratch • Experience leading audits across multiple subsidiaries • Strong stakeholder management: founders, acquired leadership teams, lenders, and PE partners • CPA preferred The need is immediate - interested and qualified candidates please send resumes to Conor Haddock.
