Profile
Excellent knowledge of how start-up fundraising works pre-funding
At least 10 years of experience in technical finance and financial engineering
Experience in pitching and negotiations
Minimum a BSc from a reputable University
Able to present a successful past record
Knowledgeable of start-up culture, needs and of the method of start-up acquisition by majors
Well networked (able to demonstrate participation in conferences, being invited speaker)
Able to comfortably fund his/hers own travelling expenses towards business development as needed
Role:
Fundraising
Negotiations
Business Development
Worldwide marketing
No salary before investment, joint venture model. 15% of equity. Salary and position in the company after fundraising.
The equity of all cofounders will be diluted after the investment.
Workload: 15% daily on average
Open to investment for more equity.
