Chief Financial Analyst (CFA Required)

Tsakas Fragility Radar LLC is seeking a Chief Financial Analyst (CFA Required) to support the development of proprietary structural fragility, capital allocation, and strategic intelligence frameworks across healthcare, biotechnology, financial markets, and macroeconomic systems.

This role focuses on identifying hidden structural risk, transmission timing, probability acceleration, and systemic instability before market repricing occurs. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical rigor, institutional level financial understanding, and the ability to translate complex financial and macroeconomic dynamics into actionable strategic intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced financial and structural risk analysis across public and private market sectors

• Support development of proprietary fragility modeling, probability systems, and capital allocation frameworks

• Analyze balance sheets, earnings quality, revenue durability, and systemic financial exposure

• Evaluate market dislocations, liquidity stress, competitive positioning, and structural vulnerabilities

• Build sector level and company specific comparative risk frameworks

• Support institutional research, strategic intelligence reporting, and investor focused analysis

• Identify transmission pathways and second order market effects across industries and macroeconomic systems

• Assist with analytical presentation, strategic reporting, and executive level communications

• Monitor emerging market risks, macroeconomic shifts, and structural fragility trends

• Collaborate on long term commercialization and strategic intelligence initiatives

Requirements:

• CFA designation required

• Experience in financial analysis, investment research, capital markets, equity research, risk management, or related fields

• Strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, and institutional capital allocation

• Advanced analytical and critical thinking capabilities

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to synthesize complex financial systems into clear strategic conclusions

• High attention to detail and organizational discipline

• Ability to operate independently in fast moving environments

• Experience with financial modeling, spreadsheets, and analytical research workflows preferred
