As Chief Compliance Officer, you will lead the definition and execution of our compliance-first product strategy to achieve our ambitious business outcomes, mission, and vision. You'll play a critical role in designing onboarding, monitoring, reporting, licensing, and GTM business operations to achieve a dominant position in the stablecoin market. Working collaboratively with engineering, sales, and operations as part of the founding leadership team, you'll ensure we meet our goals and lead the industry through innovative compliance products.Key responsibilitiesCompliance Program: Design, implement, and operate our internal compliance program spanning creation, staffing, and development to hit at scale unit economicsSponsor Banking: Establish and manage local and correspondent FX sponsor banking operations, including virtual account, omnibus, and portfolio risk management and RFI product suitesLicensing Program Management: Coordinate internal and external legal and compliance matters, including fund flows, MSB/MTL licensing, and global regulatory posture (eg. MiCA)Stablecoin Product GTM: Drive the go-to-market for innovative stablecoin and compliance capabilities, and own product revenue linesRequired skills & experience12+ years of managing BSA, AML, and fraud programs around ACH, Crypto, and real-time payment rails, with a track record of driving 0-1 and 1-N productsTrack record of obtaining U.S. state and international licensesExpert in real‑time transaction monitoring and risk MLExecutive presence with regulators, auditors, investors, & banksHands‑on leader who scales teams from 0 → 30+Preferred qualificationsStrong domain knowledge in global fiat and virtual compliance requirementsStrategic thinker with excellent cross-functional leadership skillsPassion for financial inclusion and the future of digital currenciesDeep existing network and experience managing different customer personasIdeal candidateThe ideal candidate is a passionate and driven compliance leader with a product mindset.
