As a Chevrolet District Sales Manager based in Burlington, VT, your role involves managing and engaging Chevrolet dealers by visiting and working with them directly at stores. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing initiatives, ensuring customer retention, managing product displays, conducting financial analysis, and providing training to dealers. Your goal is to ensure that dealers understand and succeed in selling Chevrolet products to customers.

Your day as a District Sales Manager will be fast-paced and varied, requiring you to connect with and influence people while effectively managing your time. You must reside or relocate within the Burlington, VT territory and make regular in-person visits to dealerships in the district.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a liaison between GM, dealerships, and additional GM partners
- Grow and foster partnerships with dealers
- Mentor and provide consulting to meet sales objectives
- Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and address feedback
- Assist in product launches and marketing initiatives
- Monitor dealership personnel training and compliance with GM requirements
- Manage dealership inventory and analyze sales, local market, and competition for revenue opportunities
- Increase sales of GM vehicles and accessory parts
- Assist in customer problem resolution
- Travel to dealers within your designated district

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of automotive industry experience
- 2+ years in sales and customer service
- Willingness to travel 100% and relocate within the United States
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle regularly

If selected, you will receive a base salary within the range of $86,900 - $114,700, with additional bonus potential based on company and individual performance. GM offers a variety of health and wellbeing benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, and more.
