- **Review, validate, and answer** advanced chemistry questions
- Develop **factual, objective rubrics** to evaluate solutions

- **Master’s degree or PhD** in chemistry or related field
- **2+ years of experience** in research, teaching, or applied chemistry
- Strong expertise in **non-organic** chemistry domains (e.g., physical, analytical, inorganic)
- Familiarity with undergraduate and graduate chemistry curricula
- Meticulous attention to detail and clarity in scientific writing
- Experience finding sources and doing research to back up answers
