Cheese DOR Cookers & Belts 3rd Shift

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter This position relieves Phase 1 Cookers (2 shifts per week), Break Relief (1 shift per week) and Belts (2 shifts per week) for the regular operators days off. This position requires mechanical abilities and an understanding of cheese making equipment. Effectively monitor cheese making equipment including but not limited to; Pasteurizers, DOH vats, cooker/stretchers, rotary molder/chillers (RMCs), cheese belts, analyzing equipment, clarifiers, silos, finesavers and cleaning equipment. Communicate with down stream operators to ensure accurate identification of individual vats & recipes. Record & interpret data to make informed decisions and / or recommendations for optimum cheese making conditions. You Are Best Suited For The Role If You…. Must possess a valid California Department of Food & Agriculture Pasteurizers license or have the ability to obtain one within six months of being place in this position.
