- **Issue Resolution:** Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns by identifying problems and providing effective solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document chats and customer interactions in our CRM systems to maintain an organized record of inquiries and resolutions.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members to share insights and improve overall customer support strategies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on best practices.
- **Product and Service Knowledge:** Stay updated on current SoFi products, services, features, and promotions to effectively assist customers and enhance their experience with SoFi.
- **Feedback and Improvement:** Collect and relay customer feedback to assist in enhancing the customer support process and overall user experience.
- **Adherence to Protocols:** Follow established protocols for chat interactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a chat support or similar role.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using various chat support software and CRM systems. Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and various communication tools.
