Responsibilities
Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via chat.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a chat environment.

Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
