Responsibilities
Ā Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via chat.

Ā Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts to enhance personal skills and team performance.
Requirements
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Ā Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a chat environment.

Ā Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Ā Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.

Ā Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
