About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Chat Support Specialist. This is a fully remote, work-from-home (WFH) opportunity tailored for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping customers. As an integral part of our support operations, you will provide timely assistance to customers via live chat, ensuring their concerns are resolved and questions are answered efficiently. What You'll Do
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a professional tone.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, or policies.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members according to guidelines.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for reference and process improvement.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
• Stay updated on product and service changes to provide the most accurate support.

Qualifications
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support or remote role.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using chat support software, CRM tools, and other relevant technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with ease.
• A fast and reliable internet connection, along with a distraction-free workspace.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

The pay range for this role is:
22.90 - 33.80 USD per hour(Remote (Davenport, Iowa, US))
