Chat Support Specialist (Remote / No Experience)
We're hiring Chat Support Specialists to help us grow! You'll be the friendly face behind our customer conversations, answering questions about what we offer and making sure people have a great experience with our brand. Roles: Each day you'll sign into our messaging system, respond to customer inquiries, help with common questions around pricing and policies, and let people know about deals they might want to know about. Rate: $35 per hour. Location: Work remotely from anywhere across the United States. Requirements: A working computer, tablet, or phone that can run our chat application and connect to websites. Ability to manage your work independently without needing constant direction. Commitment to following our processes and quality expectations. Ability to work at least 10 hours monthly. Steady, reliable internet connection. Contract Length: Ongoing role with no end date set. Hours per Week: Set your own schedule with flexibilityâwork between 10 and 40 hours each week based on what works for you.
