• Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably via chat.
• Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and chat tools.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
