ā Provide answers to customer queries on setup and configuration, usage and
maintenance, and general functional and/or technical questions.
ā Respond to clients in a pleasing and timely manner using provided templates, scripts and
the knowledge database.
ā Report to the Team Leader and help build and develop a knowledge database repository
for newly encountered issues, concerns, comments and/or suggestions.
Requirements
ā College graduate from any reputable school
ā Must have good English written communication skills
ā Can work in a fast-paced environment
ā Detail oriented, highly accurate and productive
ā Can work independently with minimal supervision
