Duties

Experience
Ā Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment is preferred.
Ā Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
Ā Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and another language.
Ā Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers.
Ā Familiarity with cash handling processes is a plus.
Ā A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
