- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- Reliable and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively through written chat
- Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be eligible to work in the US
