Job Description:
Walt Disney is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team and work from home in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time position ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via chat, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- Utilize various tools and resources to effectively respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the Walt Disney brand in all interactions with customers
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to innovate solutions to customer inquiries
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
