Chat Support Agents perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Ā Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and accurate way
Ā Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and/or responses
Ā Track and follow up on all customer requests to ensure they are properly resolved
Ā Escalate unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Ā Provide customers with information about products, services, features, pricing, etc.
Ā Assist in processing customer orders and payments
Ā Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ā Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.35 - $22.98 per hour
