Chat Support Agents perform the following duties and responsibilities:
ā¢ Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and accurate way
ā¢ Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and/or responses
ā¢ Track and follow up on all customer requests to ensure they are properly resolved
ā¢ Escalate unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
ā¢ Provide customers with information about products, services, features, pricing, etc.
ā¢ Assist in processing customer orders and payments
ā¢ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.60 - $21.10 per hour
