Key Objectives

• Provide accurate information regarding medical marijuana products, clinic services, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative teams to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming chat inquiries from patients and prospective clients.
• Assist with appointment bookings, product information, and general clinic-related questions.
• Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical marijuana regulations, clinic policies, and available treatments.
• Ensure all patient interactions comply with HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common patient concerns and system enhancements.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or healthcare support preferred.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare privacy standards is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with digital communication tools and chat platforms.
