We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat Support Agent to join our Administrative team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing real-time assistance to customers while ensuring their issues are resolved promptly. This is a full-time, hourly position, perfect for individuals who are excellent communicators and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. What You'll Do
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, guiding them through solutions.
• Escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary while ensuring clear communication.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and support processes.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Achieve and maintain performance metrics related to response times, resolutions, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Fluency in English, with excellent written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency with chat software and related customer support tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A proactive and empathetic approach to addressing customer needs.
• Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
