Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
Duties
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues
Analyze customer needs and offer solutions or additional products/services
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions following company procedures
Utilize computerized systems to access and update customer information
Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers
Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting a diverse customer base
Experience
Prior experience in customer support or related fields is preferred
Strong client services skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and customer support tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.25 - $19.40 per hour
