The Member Enrollment Representative (MER) is a vital member of the Member Enrollment Team (MET) responsible for increasing membership through various communication channels. This MET role provides exceptional member experience thru information provided by phone, email and/or video sessions. Ensure delivery of high-quality service. Gain a deep understanding of MET's unique structure and challenges. Input and manage prospects in HubSpot. Demonstrate Christian values and adhere to ethical and legal business practices. Prior experience in online/phone sales (preferred). Strong verbal communication skills, including phone and email etiquette. Proficiency in CHM guidelines and policies. Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets. Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines. Willingness to provide assistance and seek guidance when necessary. Occasional travel required for business purposes. This role would be in office for Circleville residents and remote after training for residents local to the Barberton area.
