About the Project:We are an online browser-based games company that hosts a vibrant, interactive live-solving session where community members come together to crack clues in real time. It’s all about teamwork, positivity, and the shared joy of solving puzzles. Whether participants need a nudge or want to flex their solving skills, the chat is a supportive space to engage, encourage, and celebrate.Role Overview:We’re looking for a reliable and sharp-witted Chat Moderator to join our daily live crossword solves. The moderator plays a crucial role in shaping the audience’s experience and supporting our host and guest co-hosts during the livestream.Responsibilities:+ Welcome new joiners and regulars to the live chat in a warm, brand-appropriate voice+ Interject thoughtfully with comments that enhance the conversation and keep energy high+ Share puzzle-related details and updates during the solve+Support the host and guest co-hosts with audience engagement+ Moderate disruptive participants and maintain a positive community space+ Update YouTube Video settings once the stream endsSchedule & Commitment:+ Stream goes live every day at 12 PM ET+ Prep begins 5–10 minutes before going live+ Weekday sessions: ~1 to 1 hr 15 mins+ Weekend sessions: ~1 hour to just under 2 hrs+ Looking for consistent coverage 4–7 days per week (schedule is set ~2 weeks in advance)What We’re Looking For:+ Native English speaker with superb writing skills (must be able to riff on the fly — please share writing samples)+ Able to follow brand guidelines and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure+ Strong communicator with a dependable internet connection+Experienced in moderation, community management, or customer support+ Familiar with TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook (must have an active Facebook account and eligible to access Meta Business Manager)+ Dependable, professional, and available for regular sessions+ Familiarity with Restream and interest in crosswords and word games are a plus Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
