As part of our commitment, we’re expanding our support team and looking for an entry-level Chat & Email Support Representative (Live Chat Specialist) to help us deliver timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to our clients remotely. Responsibilities β€’ Respond promptly to client inquiries via live chat and email in a professional and courteous manner. β€’ Assist clients with questions related to listings, property details, appointments, and general company information. β€’ Provide accurate information, resolve issues, or escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department. β€’ Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in the database. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction. β€’ Uphold company standards of service and confidentiality always. Requirements β€’ High school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred). β€’ Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or support roles is a plus, but not required. β€’ Strong written communication skills with proper grammar and attention to detail. β€’ Ability to multitask while handling multiple conversations at once. β€’ Comfort using chat tools, email systems, and CRM software. β€’ Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
