Job Summary
We are seeking polished, discreet, and highly experienced aviation professionals to join our Charter and VIP operations team. As a Charter Flight Attendant, you will be part of a hand-selected crew that operates customized aircraft configurations designed for high-profile clients. You will manage complex, tailored catering orders, uphold the highest standards of privacy and security, and deliver a bespoke service experience that rivals the finest five-star hotels. This is one of the most prestigious cabin crew careers in the airline industry.
VIP Responsibilities
• Bespoke Catering & Provisioning: Coordinate with high-end caterers and FBOs (Fixed Base Operators) to ensure specialized dietary requirements, sports nutrition plans, and premium beverage selections are loaded and impeccably presented.
• Absolute Discretion & Security: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger manifests, team strategies, and VIP behaviors. Enforce strict security perimeters while aircraft are parked at private terminals.
• Enhanced Safety Oversight: While service is highly customized, safety remains non-negotiable. You will conduct tailored safety briefings for teams and executives, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations in a non-traditional cabin environment.
• Logistics & Concierge Coordination: Work closely with team travel managers, ground transportation, and flight dispatchers to ensure seamless transitions from the tarmac to the hotel or stadium.
• Cabin Detailing: Take ownership of the aircraft interior, ensuring the cabin is flawlessly clean, stocked with specific requested amenities, and perfectly staged prior to passenger arrival.
