Charismatic Remote Interview Producer / Host (No Editing, Long-Term Role) - Contract to Hire

We’re a new and growing video production company looking for a confident and charismatic Remote Interview Producer / Host to join us for a long-term role.One of our core services is filming professional interviews via remote platforms (like Riverside, Zoom, etc.). We’re looking for someone to facilitate these virtual interviews — guiding the guest through setup, helping them feel comfortable, and directing the conversation once filming begins.You’ll be on camera during the session to interact with the guest, but you will not appear in the final video. No editing is required — your focus will be on hosting, managing the session, and ensuring the final recording is clean and professional.What You’ll Do:Facilitate remote interviews with individuals (each session will take approximately 1 hour total)15–20 minutes: Setup, tech check, lighting/camera adjustments, rapport-building30 minutes: Actual recorded interviewRemainder: Wrap-up, file handoff, notesBe on-camera to communicate with and guide the interviewee throughout the sessionProvide direction on lighting, camera framing, and audio to ensure professional-quality recordingsHelp interviewees feel confident and at easeCoordinate with our team for scheduling and project detailsWhat We’re Looking For:A confident, personable communicator who’s comfortable on cameraCharismatic and empathetic — someone who can quickly make others feel at easeExperience with remote interviews, live streaming, hosting, or virtual productions is a plusTechnically savvy — able to guide someone through webcam, lighting, and audio setupProfessional, reliable, and organizedStrong internet connection and a clean, professional on-camera setup (webcam, mic, good lighting)Role Details:Each session is approximately 1 hour (including setup, interview, and wrap-up)Remote work — flexible scheduleNo editing requiredLong-term contract potential for the right personCompensation: Please include your per-session rateTo Apply:Please send us:A short introduction about your background and experience with interviews or hostingA sample video or reel that shows you on camera (if available)Your availability and per-session rateAny relevant experience or links to past workWe’re excited to find someone who’s great with people, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading virtual sessions.
