Oversee and manage the production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality of products.
Lead and supervise a team of production workers to achieve daily production targets.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations and timely resolution of issues.
Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions and equipment failures to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Proactively identify potential operational issues and propose solutions to prevent and resolve them.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and encourages employee engagement.
