Duties & ResponsibilitiesEstablishes strong partner executive relationships and leverages partner capabilities to facilitate significant growth in Epicor opportunities via services and additional software needs.Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.Work to identify and develop channel partners.Create strategic sales plan on an annual basis and review status at the end of each quarter.Research and build a pipeline of strategic and alliance partners to continuously prospect.Negotiate contracts to establish formal partnerships with partnersAchievement of strategic sales service objectives defined by management.Identifies, recruits, enables, and supports distributors and resellers.Remaining up-to-date with industry trends and developments and leading implementation of new processes as a result.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important.Flexible and comfortable with constant change; ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional planning and organizational skills.Excellent technology skills including MS Office, Salesforce and other technology tools.Ability to negotiateQualifications5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.2+ years of specialized/industry experience.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).About EpicorAt Epicor, we’re truly a team.
