You will ensure operational excellence, improve efficiency, and enable scalability across our channel strategy. You’re a self-starter with strong analytical skills and a passion for building scalable, partner-centric processes. You thrive in fast-paced environments, and you’re not just focused on execution—you think strategically, communicate effectively across teams, and are always looking for ways to improve the partner journey and drive measurable impact.What You'll DoMaintain and evolve operational frameworks to ensure seamless execution of channel initiatives by improving partner programs.Track, analyze, and provide insights into channel partner performance and program effectiveness to inform strategic decisions. Build and maintain scalable systems and processes alongside the Sales Operations team to support internal workflows and external partner experience. Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in partner-related workflows and lead initiatives to streamline and automate operations.Oversee the functionality, optimization, and adoption of the Partner Portal and other engagement tools. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance teams to ensure channel operations align with company-wide objectives. What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Channel or Sales Operations/Strategy, or a related role within a B2B/SaaS environment. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Impartner, Zapier, Workramp, etc). Attention to detail with a proven track record of managing complex processes with high accuracy.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams and external partners.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and takes initiative to drive results.What You Also HaveExperience developing partner enablement programs or working within a channel-driven sales model. Salesforce Administrator or other equivalent certification is a plus.LocationThis is a remote position based in Sacramento, CA. Candidates must comfortable traveling to the office as needed.Work AuthorizationCandidates must be authorized to work without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.Compensation (Base + OTE)$130,000 - $170,000 USDAt Rhombus, we’re committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation that reflects the value each employee brings to our team. When determining an individual’s starting pay, we consider a variety of factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, skillset, and the current market landscape. Rhombus employees may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, including commission, performance bonuses, and/or equity in the company.
