About the Role: Do you thrive on developing strategic initiatives that impact the growth of an organization? In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment and development of Service Providers and Carriers, a critical component of Intermedia’s growth strategy. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various business units within Intermedia to drive success. You will leverage your established network of relationships with Service Providers to engage and develop partnerships in North America. We are seeking a Channel Development Manager, Service Providers who can evangelize Intermedia’s unique value propositions for our solutions, including UCaaS, CCaaS and other business collaboration tools, and differentiate our service provider program in a compelling manner to prospective partner executive leadership teams. The successful Channel Development Manager will build revenue-producing partnerships leveraging key resources within Intermedia to onboard new partners. We’re looking for a high-energy and organized individual with attention to detail, strong business acumen, relationship oriented, and a drive to succeed. Position Responsibilities: Proactively engaging partner prospects in territory independently as well as working with marketing and others to ID and engage prospective partners Attend and present at industry events to evangelize Intermedia and recruit new partners Present Intermedia’s unique value proposition for the Service Provider Program, (sell them on the company, product, and platform.) Developing business plans with key partners’ leadership, and ensuring critical milestones are met through plan execution Coordinating and collaborating with Intermedia’s onboarding and channel sales teams to successfully launch a partnership and achieve target revenue goals What you will bring to the role: 8+ plus years of experience in channel management and recruitment of Service Providers selling hosted VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, and related cloud solutions in North America. You will have a demonstrated track record of success in building new revenue-producing partnerships. Exceptional presentation and oral/written communication skills are a must, given the diverse role types this individual must engage with on a daily basis, including executive leadership Strong teamwork skills required to successfully work in what is a highly matrixed environment. Highly organized, process oriented, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience and ability to meaningfully contribute to continuous improvement process Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field strongly preferred Ability to travel approximately 50%.
