CHANGE MANAGER - REMOTE Reporting to the Director - EPMO, this role will be responsible for defining, planning and executing change management plans to support communication and transition activities. Here is what a typical day looks like Contributing to change enablement strategies and plans, including training and communications Conducting effective change impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives Delivering and managing change communication, training, engagement, adoption, and resistance management plans Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change, potential risks and developing risk mitigation tactics Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress Ensuring projects achieve necessary outcomes by supporting individual transitions Providing specific strategies, plans, actions and steps that focus on impacted employees which align with the project deployment plan Comprehending detailed technical updates and translating them into consumable insights for non-technical teams Partnering with project Managers and stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project plans Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end change management strategy The value you bring University degree/diploma in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years experience in a similar or comparable role CCMP and/or Prosci Certified PgMP, PMP and Lean certification is an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail with ability to problem solve and make decisions Role Details Hours/Duration: Full Time, Permanent - 37.5 hours/week Location: Remote options available across Canada Current Vacancy: Yes Requisition #: 82783 Compensation Range: $68,500 – $100,000 Why Western?
