Change Management Analyst

They are seeking a Change Management Analyst to support transformation initiatives by executing change management activities that enable successful adoption of new processes and technologies.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of structured change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activitiesAssist in conducting change impact and readiness assessments, helping translate findings into actionable next stepsDraft and coordinate project communications, working with Agency Communications and Training teams to shape clear and effective messagingHelp maintain project documentation, including change plans, stakeholder maps, communication calendars, and meeting materialsTrack change risks, field feedback, and emerging issues; escalating to change leads as needed to ensure timely resolutionAssist in organizing and facilitating feedback loops such as workshops, stakeholder interviews, listening sessions, and engagement forumsUpdate portions of the FB Change Management Roadmap under direction of initiative leads to ensure alignment with priorities and timelinesCoordinate meetings, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional partners to keep change management workstreams on trackCollect, organize, and analyze adoption and readiness data to support reporting and performance insightsIdentify opportunities to improve existing change management processes, templates, and toolsPartner with mid- and senior-level change practitioners to build personal capability in change management frameworks, methodologies, and best practicesSkills1ā3 years of experience supporting organizational change, project coordination, communications, or business operationsāpreferably in financial services or similarly complex environmentsBachelor's degree in organizational development, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with change management principles (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter), and proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort with project management, Agile or collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams)Prosci or other change management training/certifications a plus but not requiredBenefitsLeave programsAdoption assistanceStudent loan repayment programsCompany OverviewFor over 180 years, weāve helped turn your biggest dreams into milestones that last a lifetime.
