Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant to join our Experienced Advisor Onboarding team as part of Wealth & Investment Management. The Experienced Advisor Onboarding team is responsible for supporting the onboarding of new Financial Advisors. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com. In this role, you will:Provide assistance at all levels including onsite account opening, asset transfer, paperwork, account review, and analysis to ensure compliance and identify action items, rejections, and irregularitiesReview transition process, forms and documentation, Centralized Asset Transfer call, onsite and remote transition support and training plansManage the ongoing relationship with the new advisor and branch during the transition periodProvide onsite and remote training and support to Financial Advisor and support teamAct as subject matter expert and key liaison between the practice, home office support, and business partners including consulting to best serve the new Financial Advisor and clientProvide leadership and guidance to less experienced team members, including onsite shadowing, and ongoing mentoring of new team membersRecommend solutions for complex issues, related to the client, advisor, platform, and processAssist in maintaining training materials and manuals and quick reference materialsConduct instructor-led training sessions for newly onboarding advisors and sales associatesRecommend and implement improvements to process and proceduresRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantExperience providing support to client facing employeesStrong conflict resolution skillsAbility to troubleshoot operational issuesAbility to manage multiple and competing prioritiesAbility to work in a time sensitive and often pressured environmentKnowledge and understanding of brokerage industry: products, services, operational policies, systems and proceduresStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 90% of the timeAbility to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduledThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
