Chalice has openings for a Budtender. This is a fantastic opportunity for an adaptable, reliable, and hardworking person to play a vital role in our company. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced team environment.
ā¢ Duties to include, but are not limited to:
ā¢ Maintain a hefty knowledge of strains, products, consumption methods, and cannabis culture.
ā¢ Maintain a tidy, safe, and inspiring store experience.
ā¢ Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant.
ā¢ With state regulations and established policies and procedures.
ā¢ Answering the phone and greeting walk-in customers.
ā¢ Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system and all cash handling.
ā¢ Accurate and timely data entry of customer information.
ā¢ Verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers.
ā¢ Ensure consistent Store organization and cleanliness.
ā¢ Provide outstanding customer service, it is essential that you represent the industry with a compassionate, yet professional demeanor.
ā¢ Other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
ā¢ Requirements:
ā¢ 21 years of age or older.
ā¢ Reliable transportation
ā¢ Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
ā¢ Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
ā¢ Ability to stand for extended periods of time, typically between 4 to 6 hours per shift.
ā¢ Must have OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit to be considered for employment.
(Reimbursed after completing 90 days of employment)
ā¢ Preferred:
ā¢ Working knowledge of OLCC cannabis laws and regulations.
ā¢ Friendly with exceptional customer service skills.
ā¢ Knowledge of cannabis.
ā¢ Good organizational skills.
ā¢ Cash handling and POS experience.
