We're seeking a founding CFO who can immediately contribute by bringing investor relationships and helping close capital. You must be ready to help fundraise now — not just model or advise — and willing to work for equity until financing is secured. This is a high-leverage seat for someone who knows how to activate aligned capital, understands deep IP, and sees the upside in a platform positioned at the front edge of AI agent deployment.
You’ve helped fund and scale startups before. You understand platform plays, not just product launches. You know how to navigate IP-backed growth, structure strategic licensing deals, and guide early-stage companies into big tech partnerships. What You’ll Do
• Bring capital access or direct investment relationships to help fundraise now
• Build financial models that reflect licensing, royalties, and enforcement revenue
• Clean and formalize historicals to prepare for due diligence
• Help shape a licensing-first capital strategy for platform integration plays
• Support investor materials, calls, and negotiation prep
• Guide the structure of strategic deal terms with OEMs, R&D platforms, and channel partners
• Prepare scalable financial infrastructure for post-funding growth
This role starts as equity-only, with full-time compensation beginning immediately upon funding.
