No volume requirements. • *Streamlined Desktop Workflow** Most assignments are completed through **Toolkit**, our proprietary valuation platform. It brings together field-verified data, MLS, and public records into a structured, consistent workflow designed to reduce revisions and improve efficiency. • *Diverse Product Mix** Work across a range of assignment types including desktop appraisals, hybrids, HELOCs, investor portfolios, and rental valuations. • *Reliable, Fast Payment** Payments are issued via ACH within 7 days of report completion. No invoicing or follow-up required. • *Support When You Need It** Access live Operations support and optional one-on-one guidance to help you navigate assignments or refine your process. • *Appraiser Dashboard** Track assignment status and payment history through a centralized dashboard.
