Certified Public Accountant
Description First Impressions Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, S.C. is seeking a Certified Public Accountant to lead accounting and financial reporting for our growing, multi-location practice across Wisconsin. This role oversees the monthly close, consolidated financial statements, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow, and compliance, while partnering with leadership to deliver clear insights and strengthen internal controls and processes across all 12 locations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-driven, and experienced supporting multi-site operations in healthcare or a similar environment. Location: This position is remote-work eligible with monthly in-person meetings and periodic site visits. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Active CPA license in state of WI. Proven experience in accounting, auditing, and financial analysis. Strong knowledge of tax regulations, GAAP, and accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
