Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA

Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to clients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Offer timely medication reminders and assistance.
Prepare nutritious meals, assisting with feeding when necessary.
Conduct light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dusting, and vacuuming.
Engage clients in meaningful conversations and recreational activities, enhancing their quality of life.
Accompany clients to appointments and social outings, providing support and companionship.
Monitor and report any significant changes in clients? health or behavior to the supervisory nurse or manager.
Adhere strictly to all state regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in caregiving is preferred.
Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification (provided after hiring, if needed).
A patient and caring personality, coupled with excellent communication skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with client mobility.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.
