Help clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Keep living spaces tidy by performing tasks like laundry, dishes, and vacuuming, creating a welcoming environment for our clients.
Assist with safe transfers and mobility to promote independence and confidence in daily movements.
Provide gentle reminders for medication schedules, ensuring clients stay on track with their health.
Maintain detailed and accurate care notes and client reports, playing a vital role in their ongoing support and well-being.
