About the Role In this role, you will be part of a regional team that is responsible for managing lounge operations, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement processes that enhance the overall customer experience. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in this role, as you will be interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
