Responsibilities
⢠Unload and transport products from the route truck to retail outlets.

⢠Merchandise and rotate all products inside the outlet to company standards.

⢠Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays.

⢠Communicate any store-level issues to management.

⢠Comply with DOT rules for driving purposes.

⢠Safeguard company assets.

⢠Maintain rapport with customers.
,
⢠Maintain accurate truck inventory and monetary accountability.

⢠Collect or pick up empty containers or rejected/unsold merchandise.
,
⢠Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
⢠Minimum age of 21 years old.

⢠Class A CDL required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.

⢠Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies.
,
⢠Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job.
,
⢠Ability to read, write and speak English.
,
⢠Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines.
,
⢠Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets.
,
⢠Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology.
,
⢠High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

⢠Must be able to operate a manual or motorized pallet jack.

⢠Must be able to drive a tandem-axle manual shift tractor.
,
⢠Ability to train all drivers on route responsibilities.
,
⢠Ability to coach on industry standards and terminologies.

⢠Ability to identify additional sales opportunities.
,
⢠Frequent standing, walking, vehicle operation and lifting up to 50 lbs.
