Responsibilities
ā¢ Unload and transport products from the route truck to retail outlets.

ā¢ Merchandise and rotate all products inside the outlet to company standards.

ā¢ Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays.

ā¢ Communicate any store-level issues to management.

ā¢ Comply with DOT rules for driving purposes.

ā¢ Safeguard company assets.

ā¢ Maintain rapport with customers.

ā¢ Maintain accurate truck inventory and monetary accountability.

ā¢ Collect or pick up empty containers or rejected/unsold merchandise.
,
ā¢ Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
ā¢ Minimum age of 21 years old.

ā¢ Class A CDL required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
,
ā¢ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies.
,
ā¢ Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job.
,
ā¢ Ability to read, write and speak English.
,
ā¢ Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines.
,
ā¢ Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets.
,
ā¢ Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology.
,
ā¢ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ā¢ Must be able to operate a manual or motorized pallet jack.

ā¢ Must be able to drive a tandem-axle manual shift tractor.
,
ā¢ Ability to train all drivers on route responsibilities.
,
ā¢ Ability to coach on industry standards and terminologies.

ā¢ Ability to identify additional sales opportunities.
,
ā¢ Frequent standing, walking, vehicle operation and lifting up to 50 lbs.
