Point System
To work for Big M you must meet the following minimum requirements:
? Valid Class A CDL
? 6+ Months of CDL-A Experience
? No more than 3 total violations within 3 years
? No more than 2 preventable accidents within 3 years
? No DUI within5years

Michael and Lisa Massengill, owners of Big M Transportation, Inc. have been married for over 30 years. They have three children, Whitney, Taylor, and Lawrence, and four grandchildren, Emersyn, Major, Mary Lisa, and Edwina. Michael is a second generation transportation expert. His father, Lawrence Massengill, founded Massengill Trucking in the late 1960's, and Michael has taken that heritage and expertise and used it to grow Big M Transportation into the award winning company it is today.
