Within the Customer Service Department, our ambition is to be chosen for the quality of our management. As a Collective Retirement Insurance Manager, you play a key role in the satisfaction of Abeille Assurances clients and their distributors.
Missions

You will intervene in the management/service activity related to Article 83 contracts.

Guarantor of service quality, you are autonomous and proactive for all management acts and the handling of client calls (companies and affiliates) and distributors:
• Analyze the requests of client companies, affiliates, and distribution.
• Take them on in compliance with the defined deadlines and in accordance with the rules of the service, the direction, and the company's policy.
• Respond to information requests.
• Assign funds to collective contracts at each quarterly deadline.
• Contact the client or distributor (phone, email) to obtain missing pieces or information needed to process the files in your charge.
• Analyze and manage the handling of DSN flows.
Work Environment

Within the Customer Service Department, you join the Collective Retirement management team composed of about fifteen employees, under the responsibility of the local manager.

The team's role is to take charge of a portfolio of files, from the simplest to the most complex, and to respond to client and distributor requests.

You will work closely with distribution networks for the benefit of clients and insured individuals with a retirement insurance contract.

With a Bac+2 degree (Insurance, Law), you have confirmed experience in a contract management service for life insurance, collective retirement within a company, mutual insurance, or a provision institution.

Dynamic and proactive, you want to be part of a committed team and contribute to the project of a company in full expansion.

You are autonomous, organized, and rigorous and care about the reliability of the files you follow.

Your reactivity, sense of responsibility, and adaptability are not to be demonstrated. Global knowledge of the process of managing life insurance and collective retirement contracts is indispensable. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Knowledge of DSN flow management is indispensable.

You are recognized for your relational skills and your writing qualities that make you a preferred partner for our clients.

You are comfortable with computer tools (Word, Excel, Office suite, management software, etc.)

• Immediate full-time position available
• Non-management status
